Parent-Teacher Conferences: will be on November 27 & 28, 2025. These conversations allow us to give you an update on your child’s learning and to discuss next steps. We strongly encourage parents to include their children as part of the conversation. This allows students to have a voice in their learning goals and to take personal responsibility for their learning. Conference Booking will open for families starting at 6:00am on November 20 and will close on at 11:59pm on November 26, 2025. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be 15 minutes in length. All conferences are booked online through your MyCBE account. For instructions see our Parent-Teacher Conference page.

• November 27 from 8:00am-2:30pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm 
• November 28 from 8:00am-12:00pm 

Grades 1-4 

• November 27 from 3:30pm-7:30pm
