At Cranston School our message is simple. We take care of ourselves, each other, our school, and the land. Next Wednesday Feb. 26 marks National Pink Shirt Day. The movement started in 2007 as a small gesture by two high school boys in Nova Scotia and has extended globally to over 180 countries. It serves as a reminder that EVERYONE has a role to play in promoting empathy, safety, and inclusivity. We encourage everyone to wear a pink shirt next Wednesday Feb. 26th. Let’s take a stand against bullying and make kindness the expected norm.
