5. Friday, February 23rd is Saucy Bread Company snack day for those that purchased. These are scheduled to arrive at the school around 10:00 am.

This week in music we discussed Black History month.  Students were introduced to Scott Joplin and Trombone Shorty.   Ask your student if they remember why they were influential or important in music.  Students in grades 3 -5 also used cups to play along to some of Joplin's works.   Additionally, we are working on seasonal songs about friendship and caring.
